Price :

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs. During the online purchasing process, transport costs and VAT are calculated on the quotation, before confirmation and payment.

VAT :

Products invoiced to individuals are subject to the VAT in force in Morocco. Payment :

All orders must be settled in accordance with the payment terms specified by Antratil. Special conditions may apply depending on the amount of the order and the type of products.

Transport and delivery :

Products are manufactured in Fez, Morocco. We organize transport to a logistics warehouse.

Orders are then dispatched from the warehouse to the customer.

Delivery times are given for information only and may vary according to destination. Antratil cannot guarantee delivery dates.

On delivery, the recipient must check the goods and note any damage on the delivery note. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns and Refunds :

Returns of goods are subject to certain conditions and must be requested within the time limits specified by Antratil.

The right of return applies only to stock orders and does not apply to products specially manufactured to your specifications.

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Refunds are made after receipt and verification of returned products.

Surface Measurements, Order Quantities :

The measurements and quantities indicated on the order are the responsibility of the purchaser. Antratil can provide advice on calculating quantities, but cannot guarantee their accuracy.

Sales contract :

The quotation drawn up by Antratil acts as a sales contract and includes all details relating to the order. Payment constitutes acceptance of the sales contract and conditions of sale.

Limitation of Liability :

Antratil provides instructions for the installation and maintenance of the products, but cannot be held responsible for any errors or damage resulting from their use. Products may vary due to their handcrafted nature.
